Hello again dear internet people, and the few people who have read my blog. I am sorry I've been away. I have no real excuses for not working on my blog, other then my life had been in my way as of late. For that, I am deeply sorry. I have let down the people who have read my blog in the past, and who are expecting things from me. Which brings me to my book, or trilogy as it should be.
Alone has come out, almost a year ago now, and it's doing great for a self published book that has no reviews by book bloggers or anything of the sort. I haven't marketed it, at all, and am not worried with marketing it at the moment. I wrote the story because it was in my head, and I loved it. I wanted to share the story with others.
Sharing the second part of Clear's journey has been a bit of challenge. I had an editor, things happened and I no longer have one. I can edit on my own, of course, but my life is not on my side. I have a disabled husband who has not been doing well the past few months, and his well being is more important to me then my story.
My husband is on the upswing, and my four year old just started school. I will have more time to devote to my writing. I will, hopefully, get Healing (Banishment Series #2) out to the public, and my fans, by the end of this year. I cannot make promises, which I shouldn't have done in the first place, but I can say I will being trying very hard.
Again, I am sorry to those who are waiting, and feel incredibly horrible about the whole situation. I'm working on a way to make it up to people, but I'm not even sure what that could be at this point.
So, that's really all for now. I hope to be posting at least once a week, letting those people that read the blog how the progress is going and when they might expect Healing to come out.
Goodnight from California!

Clear doesn't fit in and she doesn't stand out. She is the youngest in a large family of banished Faeries, and her life is amazingly normal. Until tragedy strikes. One minute she is hanging out at the beach, going to clubs, and faling in love. Then the next minute she is watching her family and boyfriend being brutally murdered by a creature out of her worst nightmares.
Clear soon finds herself thrown into Sunnyside Sanitarium accused of her family's death and diagnosed with psychotic episodes. Life changes drastically for her as she tries to find her sanity, her freedom, and her family's killer. Will she lose herself on her journey to find the truth?

I am TOTALLY lame
To those that care, which I hope you all do, I am sorry. I am so completely lame that it's not even funny any more. I have completely abandoned you, my dear reader, and been so focused that I honestly didn't know when I'd written on here last. When I saw that it was way back in February, I laughed. Not in a-ha that's funny that I totally neglected you-but a laugh that would have scared people because it was a crazy person laughing. Good thing my kids asleep and my husband is used to my crazy laughter.
So, on to what I've been doing. I've been writing and editing and waiting. I have a new editor, and because of that, I'm having to wait a bit longer for edits and things to make their way back. My dear best friend and former editor is in nursing school and has absolutely no life, therefore I had to get a new editor. And wouldn't you know it? That editor had a family emergency a couple weeks ago and had to pause in her efforts to edit. So, I'm waiting. Unfortunately that means that the due date is undetermined for the book release. I had wanted to get it out sometime this month, and that isn't going to happen. My sincere hope is by the end of May, but it'll probably be more like June.
However, I hope to be able to give you a little taste of Healing soon. I hope you're as excited to find out what happens to Clear as I am :)
Well, this is all for now. It is one in the morning here in Cali and I have no energy left. My daughter has decided that at age four we need to start gardening, all over the yard. I don't mind playing in the dirt, but she has a specific way we garden and what we put where. Needless to say, I am tired and sore. (groans while trying to stretch back)
So, goodnight dear readers in the inter-web-verse.

Woot Woot
So Alone is available on Barnes and Nobel and other sites as well, but now Barnes and Nobel has the picture and description as well. Just thought I'd let you all know that now you can see the amazing cover image and description on the Barnes and Nobel site.
I am diligently working on the edits and formatting of The Banishment Series Book #2, Healing. That will hopefully be available in the spring, probably closer to the beginning of summer.
So, in conclusion for today, Alone is showing it's pretty picture and you should all go out and purchase it. Only .99 cents.

IT'S OUT!!!!!
Okay, so the book is officially out there in the interverse. I saw that it is on Kobo and of course on Smashwords as well. The big shock came when a friend called and said Alone (Banishment Series #1) was on Barnes and Nobel. She and her mother both bought the book today, so that brings it up to 2 total. But I have a problem. it seems that Alone doesn't have a cover image or a description at all on Barnes and Nobel. It does on Kobo, but for some reason not B&N. I am looking into it, but I'm not sure when that will be fixed. Please don't let this discourage you. I will be working on it and it should be fixed soon. I hope. But, you can get a good look at the cover and description in the post Book Blurb and Cover.
Thank you to everyone who has kept faithful that I will eventually release this book. I hope you all have the time to go and buy it and give it a chance. It's only selling for .99 cents, so give it a shot :)

Alone (Banishment Series #1)
So, it's been a while since I wrote to you guys. I am so very sorry for this. Christmas was a fiasco with my family, and then I found out I had a very sick Aunt. My mother, brother, daughter and I went to Idaho for a few days to visit her. I've also been having issues with the roof of my house, again. So, writing has been on the back burner and I'm very sorry for that.
However, good news is, Alone should be on e-shelves very soon. I was able to figure out what I was doing wrong with my formatting, and then I fixed it. It was great to see that my book has been approved by Smashwords for Premium Distribution. That means, it should be to e-book stores any time. Or at least I hope. I looked on my nook today and it isn't there yet, but that doesn't mean it won't be soon. I will, I promise, write a blog the second I know it's on the nook.
Any way, that's really all about that for now. I am, in fact, editing the second book of the Banishment Series, Healing. Now that I know what I'm doing with the formatting, it shouldn't take too long with that. The edits are going a bit slow with the family and roof, but I am still expecting a spring release for it.
Well, that is all for now. I am excited and really hope that those of you who follow will take a chance on Alone. It's listed for .99 cents so it won't break the bank. Both of the other books in the series, Healing and the last book, Banishment, will also be released for .99 cents so no need to worry about a price hike or anything like that.
Goodnight from California. It is 8:30 and I am about to start another couple hours of editing.

Alone (Banishment Series Book #1)
IT'S OUT! I uploaded Alone to Smashwords. It's available for purchase from the site, but it's still pending approval to other stores, like Barnes and Nobel and what not.
But, I did it. Alone is out there for you to enjoy and the best part is, it's only 0.99 cents! Who wouldn't pay that for a book? I love buying books at 0.99 cuz I usually find great authors. So come on, head over to Smashwords and pick up a copy. You know you wanna....
